About IdeaBridge

We are an executive coaching, leadership development and sales training organization that caters specifically to the banking and insurance in.

We offer advice, counsel and programs aimed at two core areas: improving the leadership effectiveness of senior executives and increasing sales results. We typically begin our work with the CEO/President, a Board member, or a Vice Chairman.

Clients find our approach unique and compelling because we have a deep understanding of their industry; yep, we're experts, but only in a few areas, principally: Improving executive/team performance and sales growth. Rather than a one-time project, a single speech or a flavor-of-the-month initiative, we tend to stay involved from six months to multiple years, depending on the program and the client's objectives.

We have a unique set of values that serve as the foundation of our business. Our shared values serve as the guidepost for our daily actions and our relationships with clients, prospects, referral sources and each other. We share these five values:
