As a 25-year veteran of the banking industry and having worked with thousands of bank executives, Mr. Callos has become internationally-recognized for his expertise in the areas of corporate strategy, sales and implementing cultural change initiatives. His work involves confidential advisory services, professional keynote speeches, executive coaching and corporate training programs.

Mr. Callos has nearly twenty years of management, strategy and sales success with NYSE companies including Bank of America, Wells Fargo Bank and Bank of Boston.

In 2000, Mr. Callos received national recognition as "Business Guru of the Year," finishing first in his category in a nationwide competition.
