The Ideal Referral

I’m looking for a business referral source that shares a similar passion and focus in the banking and insurance industries; ideally, we can leverage our experience and background to create and exchange warm business introductions for one another. My expectations are that we would send each other at least two warm qualified referrals each year; or at least make a personal introduction.

The ideal prospect for me is a very senior executive, board member or director that has one or more of these attributes:

- They are ready for change and have expressed the need for some assistance from the outside;

- They are looking to grow either the leadership capabilities of their executive team, their membership (in the case of associations) or the sales skills and results of their people and teams;

- They have **at least** twenty potential participants for training;

- They have a budget for training of **at least** $50,000 - $250,000 or **at least** $15,000 - $25,000 for a speech, workshop or offsite;

- They understand that their personal support of training and/or executive development, along with reminders and follow-up, is a major factor in determining the ultimate adoption rate and lasting success of any program.

- They are personally committed to growth and change and will lead this initiative: they will not be handing it off for others to lead.
